What is printable wall art?
Printable wall art is digital artwork that you can download instantly and print yourself for personal use. You’ll receive high-resolution JPG image files in multiple size ratios so you can print your artwork in the size that best fits your frame or space! Please note that no physical product will be shipped with purchases of my digital art.

How will I receive my files?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a download link, from which you can access your files at any time. The files will be delivered as JPG files (printable art files are compressed into a ZIP folder). You will also receive a PDF printable guide for printable art purchases.
What is a ZIP folder and how do I open it?
A ZIP folder is a compressed file that contains all your JPG files. Most computers and phones can open ZIP files automatically (right click and extract to a folder). If not, you can use free apps like WinZip, 7-Zip, or built-in file managers on most devices.
What is an aspect ratio, and which ones are included?
An aspect ratio is the relationship between the width and height of an image. To make printing easy and versatile, each printable art design comes in 5 different aspect ratio jpg files that allow you to print in a wide variety of standard frame sizes. Here's what you’ll receive with your printable art purchase:
2:3 ratio – for sizes like 4"x6", 8"x12", 12"x18", 16"x24", 20"x30", 24"x36"
3:4 ratio – for sizes like 6"x8", 9"x12", 12"x16", 18"x24"
4:5 ratio – for sizes like 8"x10", 11"x14", 12"x15", 16"x20"
ISO ratio – for sizes like 5"x7", A5, A4, A3, A2, A1, 50x70 cm
11:14 ratio – for sizes like 11"x14"
You can choose the one that best suits your frame or wall space!
For 4K TV Art purchases, you will receive the artwork in the following aspect ratio:
16:9 ratio - 3,840 x 2,160 pixels (4K resolution)
Where can I print the files?
For printing digital prints, you have lots of options! You can print your artwork at:
Local print shops like Staples, FedEx, Costco, Target, Walgreens, Boots or OfficeWorks
Online printing services like Snapfish, Shutterfly, Printique, mPix or Vistaprint
At home using a high-quality printer and good paper (photo paper or heavyweight cardstock is ideal)
Can I get a refund or exchange?
Because of the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you have any issues with your files or need help, please contact me through the Contact page or send me an email — I’m always happy to help.
Can you change an existing design?
Absolutely! I'm happy to change the colours or tweak some of my designs to better fit your decor. If you have an idea in mind, please send me a message through the Contact page.
