Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital download sales are final. I cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges once the product has been downloaded. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

If your downloaded file is defective or corrupted, please contact me at shop@eyeofthedaisy.com or through the form on my Contact page and I will provide a replacement file.
